      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct energy audits and field inspections to identify energy and water conservation opportunities
      - Develop energy conservation measures, efficiency improvements, and energy savings estimates
      - Maintain detailed project records and produce technical reports under tight deadlines
      - Communicate effectively with clients and manage onsite personnel to meet project objectives
      - Analyze energy and utilities data to recommend improvements and advanced control strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy resilience, energy consulting, or related fields
      - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related energy field
      - Strong HVAC and/or controls background with knowledge of energy management technologies
      - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to produce technically correct reports
      - U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with project development, life-cycle cost analysis, and building/system optimization
      - Familiarity with modeling software such as eQUEST or Energy Pro
      - Possession of certifications like Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP)
      - Previous experience working at Federal/Department of Defense facilities
      - Professional Engineer registration or other relevant certifications
