What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess power and thermal resilience and develop solutions for improvement
- Develop facility energy conservation measures and efficiency improvements
- Perform building energy modeling and engineering calculations
- Analyze energy and utilities data
- Conduct facility audits and inspections

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of experience in energy resilience, energy consulting, or retro-commissioning engineering
- Strong HVAC and/or controls background
- Knowledge of utility information systems and energy management technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to produce technically correct work
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with project development and life-cycle cost analysis
- Knowledge of direct digital controls and building/system optimization
- Experience with eQUEST, Energy Pro, or other modeling software
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or relevant certifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
