What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess power and thermal resilience and develop solutions to improve capacities at various sites
- Develop facility energy conservation measures and efficiency improvements
- Perform building energy modeling and engineering calculations to estimate energy savings
- Maintain detailed project records and develop technical reports
- Analyze energy and utilities data and propose recommendations for improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 10 years of experience in energy resilience, consulting, auditing, or retro-commissioning engineering
- Strong HVAC and/or controls background
- Knowledge of utility information systems, energy and water management technologies, and metering
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with eQUEST, Energy Pro, or other modeling software
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
