      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct energy resilience studies and perform investigations of HVAC and plumbing systems
      - Develop facility energy conservation measures and efficiency improvements
      - Analyze energy and utilities data and maintain detailed project records
      - Conduct facility audits and perform field inspections to identify conservation opportunities
      - Collaborate with team members to meet project objectives and exceed client expectations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy or water resilience, energy consulting, or auditing
      - BS in mechanical engineering or energy-related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience
      - Strong background in HVAC and controls systems
      - Ability to produce technically correct reports and documentation
      - Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel and database applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with project development and life-cycle cost analysis
      - Familiarity with modeling software such as eQUEST or Energy Pro
      - Possession of relevant certifications, such as Professional Engineer license or Certified Energy Manager
      - Previous experience working at Federal or Department of Defense facilities
      - Current security clearance, particularly Secret Clearance
