      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct energy and water resilience studies, including HVAC and plumbing equipment investigations
      - Develop facility energy conservation measures and efficiency improvements
      - Maintain detailed project records and develop technical reports under tight deadlines
      - Perform facility audits and functional performance tests during field visits
      - Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and exceed client expectations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in energy or water resilience, energy consulting, energy auditing, or retro-commissioning engineering
      - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
      - Strong HVAC and/or controls background
      - Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to produce technically correct work
      - Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a security clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with project development, life-cycle cost analysis, and building/system optimization
      - Knowledge of utility information systems and energy management technologies
      - Familiarity with eQUEST, Energy Pro, or other modeling software
      - Possession of relevant certifications such as Professional Engineer license or Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
