      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and manage state and federal funds related to grid modernization and resilience
      - Develop and implement initiatives to advance energy resilience in collaboration with partners
      - Support engagement in Public Utilities Commission proceedings focused on electric system resilience and reliability
      - Manage special projects and energy policy studies to meet legislative priorities
      - Advise on communications and policy strategy, including drafting policy recommendations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field
      - At least three (3) years of directly related experience in energy policy and program development
      - Experience with grant or program management
      - Strong analytical, research, communication, and writing skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with grid modernization, smart grid, and power sector transformation efforts
      - Professional proficiency in additional languages
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a diverse team environment
      - Experience utilizing various data sets related to energy analysis
      - Flexibility and ability to work under deadlines
