      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking energy assistance, conducting intake and assessments to determine eligibility for programs
      - Answer the Energy Referrals phone line, providing information, screenings, and scheduling appointments
      - Maintain and update multiple databases with client information and program guidelines
      - Provide follow-up services to clients who receive assistance in accordance with program standards
      - Collaborate with program staff to enhance communication and consistency in service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of customer service and office experience in a social services or related field
      - Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to engage compassionately and empathetically with clients in crisis
      - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and advanced Excel capabilities
      - Knowledge of Community Action programs and experience working with marginalized communities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bi-lingual in English and Spanish, Haitian Creole, and/or Russian
      - Experience with data management, data capture, and tracking methods
      - Familiarity with social services advocacy and resource navigation
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work both independently and in a team setting
