What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with subject matter experts on financial modeling initiatives for utility-scale battery storage projects across ISOs/RTOs nationwide
- Take ownership of financial models associated with renewable project off-take, bidding, debt/equity structuring, and tax incentive strategies
- Partner with key stakeholders to create and implement financial analysis and forecasting tools for corporate financing and renewable project financing assessments
- Optimize financial analytic processes and mitigate risk by reviewing industry macroeconomic trends impacting the renewables sector and US Power Markets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Project finance experience supporting Power, Renewables, Capital Market, or Energy Infrastructure transactions
- Strong project finance modeling expertise in Microsoft Excel and debt/equity structuring experience
- Experience with complex debt equity structures and tax equity transactions
- Excellent communication skills to present complex analytical formulas clearly to stakeholders
- Ability to participate in advanced discussions in the utility-scale renewables, transmission, and battery storage space

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with advanced project finance deal execution
- Understanding of national energy power markets such as PJM, ERCOT, SPP, MISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, and CAISO
