Partnering with investigators to evaluate evidence and determine the merit of potential violations of the CFA Institute’s Code of Ethics, Standards of Professional Conduct, and Exam policies.
Preparing legal documents such as Statements of Allegations, Statements of Charges, pre-hearing briefs, and exhibits.
Managing a broad portfolio of cases at various stages of investigation and resolution.
Communicating with global stakeholders—including members, candidates, legal counsel, witnesses, and disciplinary bodies—with professionalism and cultural awareness.
Applying your legal and regulatory knowledge to assess cases in the context of international securities regulations and professional standards.
Juris Doctor (JD) and a Bachelor's degree.
0-3 years of legal experience.
Fluency in English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive, often contentious matters.
Experience in the investment industry, background in financial industry law and/or securities regulation.
Multilingual capabilities.
Familiarity with international regulatory environments.
Demonstrated adaptability in fast-changing or high-stakes environments.
Technological proficiency in tools for evidence gathering and analysis.

Expected salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000
Other benefits include eligibility for annual incentives, 12% pension employer contribution, and competitive medical benefits.
