What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Open and/or close the facility daily, ensuring security and readiness for members
- Provide excellent customer service to fitness center members and visitors
- Welcome and greet individuals, giving facility tours and addressing inquiries
- Oversee the fitness rooms, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
- Assist in ensuring safety protocols are followed within the facility

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of participant information
- Excellent organization and time-management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- Coursework in fitness or experience working with the aging adult population
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience using social media platforms like Facebook
