What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Open and/or close the facility daily, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to fitness center members and visitors
- Welcome, greet, and give facility tours to users
- Oversee fitness rooms and address any questions or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the facility

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School education or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellence in verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of participant information
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with coursework in fitness or working with the aging adult population
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience using social media platforms like Facebook
