What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School education or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one month of employment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to engage with members in a positive and welcoming manner

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of fitness and wellness programs
