Job Title: Engagement Delivery Lead (Hybrid)

Location: Stamford, CT or Hartford, CT

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning activities to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Responsible for supervising project delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving project success.
• Oversee collaborator management to maintain strong relationships and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Provide time management strategies to ensure project achievements are met within deadlines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and make vital adjustments to keep the project on track.
• Facilitate communication between team members and customers to ensure clarity and collaboration.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and partners.
• Manage project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and bring together lessons learned.
• Develop a collaborative and inclusive team environment to drive project success.

Required Qualifications:

• 14 to 17 years of experience.
• Strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Strong project planning skills with a consistent record of successful project delivery.
• Expertise in customer management and maintaining strong relationships.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure project landmarks are met.
• In-depth knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance industry standards and regulations.
• Show proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Display strong communication and presentation skills.
• Adept at leading project budgets and resources.
• Experience in conducting post-project evaluations and gathering lessons learned.
• Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement attitude to enhance project delivery processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $137,500.00 – $160,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
