      Overview

      The Engagement Director (Digital Product Teams) is primarily responsible for ensuring meaningful client value is delivered through a mix of best-practice solutions, skills, capabilities, and out-of-the-box thinking. You will oversee the delivery of high-impact eCommerce solutions to our clients and help our clients navigate complex challenges and achieve sustainable growth.

      In this position, you will work on strategic initiatives that accelerate our pace of delivering client value. You will partner with the Creative Director, Optimization Director, Technical Solutions Director, and cross-functional leadership to plan, prioritize, and execute these initiatives. You will be a key member of our client team and will ensure that the initiatives we execute are based on a deep understanding of our client’s business and strategic objectives.

      Responsibilities

      • Be the primary client advocate internally
      • Manage client relationships at a strategic level
      • Provide thought leadership to clients regarding the solutions we propose, the client roadmap initiatives, prioritization we advocate for, agile task execution model, etc.
      • Leverage your expertise to help clients drive transformation initiatives from strategy formulation to execution
      • Manage and mentor a team of project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
      • Identify opportunities for business growth and actively contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage Anatta’s resources to deliver comprehensive solutions that address client needs and drive value
      • Monitor and analyze account activity (i.e., key performance indicators/metrics, incidents, trends, etc.) across your clients
      • Manage client and Anatta team expectations, day in and out, and help clear roadblocks to success
      • Facilitate planning processes to create roadmaps and release plans aligning with strategic objectives and priorities
      • Champion our continuous improvement mindset. Facilitate problem-solving to identify root causes of issues and ensure countermeasures address the problem effectively
      • Design, pilot, and roll out new processes, best practices, standards, and KPIs as needed to improve team efficiency and effectiveness while avoiding unnecessary duplication of/variation from standard processes
      • Evaluate team agile development practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute a visible plan for their achievement
      • Co-author and execute change management and pilot plans. Gather, analyze, and incorporate feedback

      • Client satisfaction (CLTV)
      • % of on-time delivery

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Marketing
      • 7+ years experience in project or program management
      • 3+ years experience in a PM role in the technology space
      • Experience working at a professional services company such as a marketing agency or consulting firm
      • Demonstrated leadership, relationship-building, teamwork and collaboration skills
      • Cross-functional team and people management
      • Budget and financial management, including profit/loss, and earned value management
      • Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines
      • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
      • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical people
      • Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
      • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
      • Coaching, mentoring, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities

      Physical demands requirements

      Common office/desk environment that involves long periods of time at a stationary desk with extensive computer work that requires repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

      The annual salary range of $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 USD is commensurate to several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to years of experience, skill set / qualifications, and geographical work location considering differences in cost of living, therefore, actual base pay offered may vary.
