What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Nurture leads to facilitate sign-ups for home care programs
- Collect and validate necessary information for the intake process
- Build sustainable relationships with customers and enhance their experience
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Over one year of proven sales experience
- HHA or PCA certification, or willingness to obtain certification
- Reliable transportation for travel to patient homes in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening abilities
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
