What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop research roadmaps and manage a team to execute high-quality research for multiple clients
- Support and mentor a team of researchers to address complex DeFi challenges
- Conduct in-depth mechanism design and research for next-generation DeFi mechanisms
- Create predictive models and statistical analyses to derive insights from blockchain and market data
- Publish research reports on blockchain trends, protocol performance, and economic models
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in research, data science, or mechanism design, including 2+ years in a management role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a client-facing approach
- In-depth understanding of DeFi and crypto topics through professional or personal experience
- Proven ability to mentor and develop team members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in DeFi, crypto, or blockchain development (e.g., Web3, Hardhat/Truffle, Solidity)
