What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide critical operations support and technical oversight for assigned facilities, ensuring maintenance targets are met cost-effectively and safely
- Coordinate with client and account management to organize and prioritize program deliverables
- Develop documentation, obtain approvals, and manage deployment of program deliverables
- Maintain documentation of policies, frameworks, and training guides related to developed programs
- Prepare professional documents to describe programs and create reports and training materials for stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of design principles, efficient operating principles, and maintenance requirements within facilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to initiate and complete projects and reports independently, often under deadline pressure
- Demonstrated professionalism and initiative in driving organizational processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in engineering operations or facilities management
- Familiarity with business continuity and risk management practices
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to engineering operations
- Experience developing training materials for program end users
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively
