The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Heart of Florida

· AdventHealth Heart of Florida is a licensed 193-bed acute care hospital, coupled with outpatient services including imaging, rehab, lab and wound care, that has been serving the community for over 50 years.

The role you’ll contribute:

Oversees all construction and renovation projects for the hospital. Coordinates all construction with vendors and hospital staff. Efficiently maintains all files/documents and plans in an organized system. Maintains daily updates on projects. Oversees ICRA requirements and implements Interim Life Safety measures as necessary. Proficient in hospital equipment and systems.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Coordinates all Engineering projects as assigned by the Engineering Manager or the Director of Facilities
· Acts as a site coordinator for construction and renovation projects
· Obtains estimates from vendors for construction and renovation projects
· Participates in planning and design of projects
· Coordinates all meetings with vendors, contractors and hospital employees

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

· High School Grad or Equivalent and 2+ years' experience
· Driver's License
