      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive the sales process with existing and prospective customers within an assigned territory
      - Collaborate with customer engineering teams to specify and develop manufacturing processes for specialty chemical solutions
      - Establish professional relationships with key customer personnel in various departments
      - Maintain and utilize customer data via Dynamics 365
      - Participate in meetings to enhance technical knowledge of specialty chemical solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of industrial B2B sales experience, preferably in the specialty chemical market
      - Bachelor of Science degree required, preferably in a technical or business-related field
      - Strong commitment to integrity, customer service, and teamwork
      - Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization
      - Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
