What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide targeted English Language Development instruction in virtual classrooms
- Support students in content area coursework and provide one-on-one assistance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must hold a valid California Teaching Credential and California English Learner Authorization at the time of application
- Willingness to teach all grades, K-12

- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Commitment to the mission and vision of the California Virtual Academies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in teaching English Language Learners or working in a virtual education setting
- Familiarity with California ELD Standards
- Previous experience in curriculum development or instructional support
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a diverse caseload
- Participation in professional development related to online teaching
