      The job

      As a technical writer this iGaming company your responsibility is to develop and maintain high-quality support documentation, user guides, and
      technical manuals for the digital products. You will work closely with the development, product, and support teams to ensure that all documentation is
      accurate, easy to understand, and aligns with the company standards. You need the ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them in simple, concise language. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

      • Write clear, concise, and well-structured technical documentation, user guides, and manuals for software products and services
      • Work closely with product managers, developers, and support teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation
      • Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content that can be understood by both technical and non-technical audiences
      • Maintain and update existing documentation when new features are released or edits occur on platforms
      • Help creating support documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to improve the user experience amongst clients
      • Keep a consistent tone of voice, language, and formatting across all technical documentation
      • Stay ajour with industry based best practices and tools to improve documentation quality and processes

      Your qualifications

      You speak and write English at a native level (C1).

      Experience as a Technical Writer, Support Documentation Specialist, or in a related role.

      • Experience in creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
      • Experience working with developers, product managers, and support teams to gather information and clarify details.

      You have advanced skills in vector-based design tools like Adobe Illustrator or equivalent.

      • Experience in writing API documentation or technical guides for software
        developers.
      • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) or knowledge of software
        development practices.
      • Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar platforms.

      You are self-motivated and driven, and you have experience working in a remote team environment.

      You have excellent communication skills, and strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
