What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise students on various policies, procedures, and processes related to academic programs and student services
- Proactively reach out to newly admitted students and guide them through the enrollment process
- Train and assist students in navigating the student portal and online services
- Implement department operational procedures and processes
- Resolve student complaints and concerns, and respond to general inquiries and requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of experience in Education, such as Academic Advising, Registration, College Admissions, Transfer, Financial Aid, or Career Services
- Knowledge of student services and programs in a higher education setting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new software applications

- Familiarity with providing support services to students virtually
- Experience with reading, comprehending, and reviewing student records
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in student services
- Experience working with diverse populations of students
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations
