What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and maintain the Slate CRM/Enrollment Management system to ensure data integrity and support admissions processes
- Provide personalized support and communication to prospective students throughout their admissions journey
- Collaborate with recruiting and admissions staff to design and implement targeted email campaigns and training programs
- Conduct data audits and generate reports to support strategic decision-making within the Enrollment Management Team
- Oversee application fee and enrollment deposit processes, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum of three years of professional experience, preferably in higher education or the business school industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills in Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Expertise with CRM systems, with a strong preference for experience with SLATE
