What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the entire life cycle of prospective students within the CRM system, from inquiry to enrollment
- Analyze and ensure data integrity within the Enrollment Management systems
- Provide technical and operational support to admissions and recruiting staff
- Communicate with prospective students daily to offer guidance and support throughout the admissions process
- Generate data reports to inform strategic decisions for the admissions cycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum of three years of professional experience, preferably in higher education or the business school industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables
- Outstanding written communication skills for professional correspondence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and expertise with CRM systems, preferably SLATE
