Job Description
- Req#: 493782
If you love helping people, solving problems, and being at the heart of the action, come join our team as an Enrollment Services Associate! You’ll be the friendly face (and voice) that students, parents, faculty, and community members count on when they need guidance through college processes—from admissions to advising, financial aid to registration, and everything in between.
Each day brings something new. You might be helping a new student navigate the FAFSA, guiding a parent through dual credit enrollment, or reviewing and routing sensitive documents with care and accuracy. You’ll juggle phone calls, emails, and in-person questions, using your knowledge of college systems and your warm customer service skills to make sure every person who walks through the door feels seen and supported.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, communicates clearly, pays attention to the little things, and can learn multiple systems with ease. You’ll need to be comfortable shifting gears quickly, love solving problems, and have a genuine desire to help students succeed.
Whether you’re answering questions about deadlines, helping someone print a transcript, or guiding a first-gen student through their next steps, your work will matter. If you’re ready to make a difference from day one, we’d love to meet you!
