What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional student service through various engagement modalities, including in-person, online, and by phone
- Counsel and advise students on inquiries related to financial aid, student accounts, and registrar services
- Act as a case manager to proactively identify and resolve potential obstacles to student enrollment
- Collaborate with campus partners to ensure efficient resolution of student inquiries and problems
- Maintain current knowledge of regulations and procedures for student service functions across multiple departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge equivalent to that acquired by completing a two-year college degree program with one year of applicable experience or a minimum of three years of extensive work experience in customer service and/or a higher education institution
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment with flexibility to adjust to changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new student service technologies
