What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to enroll members in Health Management coaching programs
- Receive inbound calls to provide customer service and enrollment assistance
- Determine member eligibility and follow protocols for program enrollment
- Access and review claims information to assist members
- Utilize computer systems to research and resolve member inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of general customer service experience
- 6+ months of call center experience
- Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday between 11:30am - 8:00pm

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working within the Healthcare Industry
- Professional experience in a clerical or administrative support role
- Working knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Consistent employment with one employer for the last 24 months
