What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for all enrollment tasks for assigned groups, ensuring customer satisfaction through superior service
- Answer incoming calls from members, providers, and group customers while adhering to customer service expectations
- Maintain and update enrollment data in various systems based on customer requests and internal reports
- Analyze error reports and correct enrollment data as needed to resolve discrepancies
- Communicate eligibility requirements and follow up with internal and external parties to meet customer needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an office environment
- Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to adhere to a set 8-hour work shift schedule within specified business hours

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in enrollment or eligibility for employer-offered benefits
- 1+ years of experience in the health insurance industry
