- Conduct clinical triage for all ENT referrals, ensuring appropriate onward referral to secondary care when necessary.
- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments of patients with ENT conditions.
- Provide diagnosis, treatment, and advice for acute ENT conditions in accordance with local referral guidelines.
- Offer advice, treatment, and support for self-management of ENT conditions, promoting patient empowerment and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and timely record-keeping using clinical software and agreed-upon coding systems.
- Collaborate effectively with referring GPs to enhance clinical awareness and promote seamless patient care.
- Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and governance frameworks, including the timely reporting of significant events and participation in Clinical Governance Meetings.

We are seeking dedicated and experienced ENT (Ear, Throat and Nose) Specialists to join our team and provide a comprehensive range of ENT services to NHS patients referred by local GPs at the highest level of care.
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering clinical triage, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and advice for patients with ENT conditions. Additionally, they will play a key role in maintaining clinical competence, ensuring patient confidentiality, and adhering to professional standards and guidelines set forth by regulatory bodies.

Communitas Clinics is seeking an experienced and dedicated ENT Consultant to lead the clinical provision of our growing Intermediate ENT Services. This role has been developed to address the increasing demand for Tier 3 community ENT services, and the ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the clinical delivery across our existing ENT contracts.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Clinical Director to ensure the highest standards of clinical governance, overseeing the clinical aspects of the service while ensuring alignment with national clinical developments and guidelines. You will have the opportunity to provide clinical leadership, offer peer support, and contribute to the professional development of our ENT clinical team.
This position offers the flexibility and autonomy to help shape the future direction of the service, with input into working arrangements following your appointment. We are looking for a collaborative and proactive individual who can help us deliver exceptional care to our patients while supporting the continued growth of our service.
