What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and communicate the vision and strategy for assigned products
- Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align on the product roadmap
- Define product requirements based on customer insights and market analysis
- Own the creation of the product's business case and P&L statement
- Monitor product performance metrics and analyze data to inform product decisions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 7 years of Product Management experience, including cross-functional collaboration and market analysis
- At least 3 years of management or leadership experience with direct reports
- Ability for up to 30% travel for meetings (foreign & domestic)
