What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage development and integration projects for the Claims Portfolio
- Organize, plan, coordinate, lead, and report on assigned programs and projects
- Facilitate conversations with teams to break down work and understand dependencies
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage project timelines and risks
- Mentor and coach team members on project management best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, including organization-wide change management
- 3+ years of experience with software technologies, tools, and processes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Education or experience in computer science, software development, or a similar field
- Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
- PMP Certification or similar credentials
- Experience in a SaaS environment
