What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage development and integration projects for the Claims Portfolio
- Organize, plan, coordinate, and report on current assigned programs and projects
- Facilitate communication with teams to understand dependencies and generate effective action plans
- Mentor and coach team members on best practices for project management and risk management
- Provide visibility and organization to project documentation to ensure transparency and traceability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management with a focus on organization-wide change management
- 3+ years of experience with software technologies, tools, and processes
- 2+ years of experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Education or experience in computer science, software development, or a related field
- Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
- PMP Certification or similar project management certification
- Experience in a SaaS environment
