What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage development and integration projects for the Claims Portfolio
- Organize, plan, coordinate, lead, manage, and report on assigned programs and projects
- Maintain team project status and resolve technical or process-related impediments
- Facilitate conversations with teams to breakdown work, understand dependencies, and develop effective action plans
- Mentor and coach others toward best practices for project management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, including organization-wide change management practices
- 3+ years of experience with software technologies, tools, and processes
- 2+ years of experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Education or experience in computer science, software development, or a similar field
- Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
- PMP Certification or similar
- Experience in a SaaS environment
