What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop software applications, utilizing open-source frameworks and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve complex issues within the SaaS platform
- Lead design and code reviews, mentoring less experienced engineers
- Develop and maintain automated tests to enhance software quality
- Monitor key performance metrics to ensure compliance with established standards and processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- At least 5 years of professional experience in application design and development at an enterprise level
- 2+ years of experience leading development team initiatives or software architecture and design
- Experience with data engineering technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing in a microservices environment
- Experience with Spring Boot and creating RESTful or SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with cloud-based development environments such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with automated test development and execution
- Ability to translate customer business insights into actionable analytics
