What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and code software applications and solutions as a significant individual contributor
- Collaborate with CloudOps and other teams to analyze and resolve complex problems within the SaaS platform
- Lead design and code reviews, facilitating paired programming and mentoring less experienced engineers
- Develop and maintain automated tests to enhance software quality
- Monitor key performance metrics to ensure compliance with established standards and processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical experience in a professional environment
- 5+ years of professional experience in application design and development at an enterprise level
- 2+ years of experience leading development team initiatives or software architecture and design

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing in a microservices environment
- Experience creating applications in cloud-based development environments such as Azure or AWS
- 2+ years of experience with Spring Boot
- Familiarity with automated test development and execution tools
- Experience with big data technologies like Apache Spark or Hadoop
