What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be located in AZ, CA, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, or WI
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience managing and developing Software Engineers
- 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a global software development environment
- Knowledge of software design and development concepts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the insurance and/or collision industries
- Familiarity with Agile methodology using JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS products and DevOps techniques
- Knowledge of cloud integration technologies and security protocols
