What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead all sales, business development, and lead generation activities within the assigned territory to maximize bookings and revenue
- Create, qualify, manage, and close sales opportunities for the employer
- Partner with the employer’s reseller channel for recruitment, enablement, and training
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle alongside cross-functional teams
- Participate in corporate-sponsored trade shows and lead generation events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of enterprise field sales experience, preferably in the data and/or security software space
- Must be located in the North Central regional area (Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota)
- Proven track record of introducing new products into the IT market and closing significant business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executive-level clients
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to achieve objectives
