- Manage ongoing quarterly business reviews with partners, highlighting financial and sustainability benefits
- Lead the process of generating leases for new solar programs at additional properties within existing partner portfolios
- Scope and present solar and storage programs for commercial properties, collaborating with operations and sales support teams
- Negotiate and finalize leases with property owners while meeting company targets for lease quantity and size

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in managing large, enterprise-scale relationships
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Experience in sales within the renewable energy sector or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
