What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Formulate and execute strategies to drive new business acquisition and meet growth objectives
- Educate clients on the employer’s technology capabilities and financial solutions
- Assist in crafting, positioning, and closing deals with potential clients
- Mentor and coach other account executives and associates to enhance team performance
- Manage demand and qualify opportunities efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10-15 years of solution selling experience within financial technology
- Proven track record of selling approximately $2M+ ACV deals
- Deep understanding of the financial services industry and the day-to-day activities of Financial Advisors
- Ability to establish relationships at the C-level and executive levels
- Demonstrated sales competencies, including competitive selling, negotiation, and consultative selling
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior sales experience in Wealth/Asset Management technology to tier 1 firms
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- High-energy, creative, and team-oriented individual with a passion for building businesses
- Experience thriving in fast-paced environments and managing change effectively
