What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and execute account management for existing institutional client accounts, driving growth and revenue
- Develop trust relationships with major clients to ensure customer loyalty
- Collaborate with clients on IT and Software Development solutions
- Collaborate with marketing on establishing key opinion leaders, clinical research, and marketing outreach
- Ensure a positive customer experience with Ambry products and services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in sales or sales support
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and resource management skills
- Knowledge of Health System Navigation and Strategic Agility
- Ability to problem-solve and negotiate
- BS/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the genetic testing industry
- Knowledge of molecular genetics
- Familiarity with CAP accreditation and CLIA licensing
- Advanced degree in relevant field
