As an Enterprise Agility Coach your role is to enable and ensure ongoing improvement and maturity with regard to ways of working for how change is delivered in the value streams. This will be delivered within a value stream construct against agreed frameworks and adherence to them by Product teams, Projects teams, Continuous improvement squads and through communities of practice.
Your core focus in these areas will be:
Product
Coaching teams to accelerate maturity in product ways of working with a focus on improvement in work flow adoption, data driven improvement of delivery and the use and maturity of flow metrics for the purposes of learning and improving how we work.
