What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct market research and analysis to recommend effective procurement strategies to stakeholders
- Independently lead procurement activities in compliance with established procedures
- Develop and implement procurement documents and technical specifications
- Facilitate vendor outreach and conduct pre-bid conferences
- Monitor contracts to ensure compliance with terms and pricing agreements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A valid Washington State driver's license free from serious traffic violations
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, supply chain management, or a closely allied field
- Three (3) years of experience as an Enterprise Contracts & Procurement Specialist 1 or equivalent contracting experience
- Four (4) years of experience as an Enterprise Contracts & Procurement Specialist 2 or equivalent contracting experience
- Ability to conduct market research and analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or a related field within the medical industry
- Two (2) years of experience in a nursing or other healthcare setting
