      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customer executives and product owners within a designated territory
      - Coordinate and deliver quarterly business reviews to demonstrate progress and growth potential to customers
      - Act as the subject matter expert on the employer's platform, helping clients leverage resources to achieve their goals
      - Work cross-functionally with implementations, product, and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer needs
      - Manage Customer Success Analysts to effectively support clients and facilitate renewals and new product opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or MBA in a related field
      - 3+ years of experience managing strategic customer accounts in a B2B SaaS environment
      - Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Technical aptitude for email, calendaring, and shared documents
      - Ability to travel at least 25% annually and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in healthcare, health-tech, or the medical industry
      - Experience with CRM tools for tracking customer communication and support tickets
      - Basic understanding of SQL and interaction with production software databases
