What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a diverse portfolio of Enterprise accounts with a focus on client enablement and value realization
- Assess client health, identify opportunities and risks, and develop strategies to mitigate churn
- Own and guide client onboarding implementation processes
- Execute business reviews, training sessions, and feature implementation for clients
- Drive renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while promoting customer advocacy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in customer success within a SaaS environment managing enterprise accounts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute multiple tasks effectively under deadlines
- Passion for learning and applying technical knowledge of audio/video technology

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with G-Suite, Hubspot, Slack, and other web-based technologies
- Background in video or audio technology
