What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, project management, or a related field
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or project management with enterprise-level clients
- Strong project management skills with experience in complex customer initiatives
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for managing relationships at all levels
- Solid understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira)
