      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a dedicated point of contact for enterprise-level customers, guiding them from sales closure through the entire lifecycle
      - Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction
      - Suggest innovative solutions for account expansion based on a thorough understanding of customer needs
      - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customers and ensure a customer-first approach across the organization
      - Manage customer renewals and upsell cycles, ensuring compliance and favorable terms while optimizing revenue growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Deep understanding of customer needs with a focus on ensuring their success with the employer's products
      - Previous experience in the nonprofit sector, demonstrating knowledge of nonprofit operations and fundraising
      - Strong relationship-building skills to maintain meaningful customer connections
      - Proven ability to identify and address customer issues proactively
      - Technical proficiency and experience with CRMs, email marketing, and related technologies
