      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with partner institutions
      - Establish and own partner retention and success goals, ensuring high product adoption and platform utilization
      - Act as the strategic voice of the customer for internal teams to enhance product and partnership experiences
      - Develop and deliver training courses and educational materials for diverse roles
      - Manage end-to-end renewals for partner accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in enterprise partner success and navigating multi-stakeholder environments
      - Strong customer empathy and motivation to help stakeholders achieve their goals
      - Ability to influence and persuade effectively in decision-making processes
      - Experience working in bureaucratic organizations such as government, finance, healthcare, or higher education
      - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including familiarity with CSV files and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in training diverse stakeholders on complex B2B SaaS products
      - Demonstrated operational excellence in managing a caseload of multiple partners
      - Comfort with engaging in commercial conversations, including upsell and renewal discussions
      - Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to share concise updates with stakeholders
