      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise end-users on desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
      - Manage and document an inventory of enterprise desktop IT assets, including desktops, laptops, and other equipment
      - Monitor and respond to security events related to enterprise desktop devices using Microsoft Endpoint Manager and ManageEngine
      - Utilize scripting languages, particularly PowerShell, to automate desktop management tasks and improve operational efficiency
      - Leverage generative AI tools to enhance troubleshooting, research solutions, and improve support workflows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience diagnosing complex technical issues
      - Proven experience in providing high-quality technical support within an enterprise environment
      - Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly PowerShell, for desktop automation
      - Familiarity with or willingness to learn generative AI tools like Microsoft Copilot

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior professional experience in enterprise helpdesk or desktop support roles
      - Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager and ManageEngine
      - Familiarity with supporting enterprise desktop devices, including Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
      - Experience using generative AI tools in a technical support context to enhance efficiency
