What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform targeted proactive solicitation of businesses and organizations to grow transient revenues across the AutoCamp and Field Station collection
- Meet or exceed sales goals based on activity, account acquisition, and revenue generation
- Aggressively pursue new accounts through prospecting and client visits
- Identify key accounts and build strategic plans to expand business opportunities
- Promote awareness of AutoCamp and Field Station brands through networking and attending industry events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of hotel leisure/transient sales experience, preferably in high-end boutique or resort destinations
- Experience in multi-property group sales
- Established relationships and knowledge of companies in the transient/leisure segment
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, revenue-focused sales environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling destination resorts and boutique/luxury markets
- Proactive sales approach with a natural drive to succeed
- Working knowledge of cloud-based applications, particularly Google Suite
- Strong relationship management skills and attention to detail
- Effective sales presentation and interpersonal communication abilities
