      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform targeted proactive solicitation of businesses and organizations to grow transient revenues across the AutoCamp and Field Station collection
      - Meet or exceed goals established by sales leadership based on activity, account acquisition, and revenue generation
      - Aggressively pursue new accounts/business through prospecting and conducting client visits
      - Identify key accounts and build strategic plans to expand business opportunities within those accounts
      - Promote brand awareness by networking and attending industry events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 5 years of hotel leisure/transient sales experience, preferably in high-end boutique or resort destinations
      - Multi-property group sales experience
      - Established relationships and knowledge of companies in the transient/leisure segment
      - Proven track record of success in a fast-paced and revenue-focused sales department
      - High School diploma or equivalent

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling destination resorts and boutique/luxury markets
      - A proactive sales approach with a natural drive to succeed
      - Working knowledge of cloud-based applications, particularly Google Suite products
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with effective sales presentation abilities
      - Ability to travel regularly
