What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage enterprise (multi-unit) groups through the onboarding process
- Create customized onboarding journeys for each group
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Develop training programs for new units
- Act as a liaison between various teams for feature releases and updates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive front/back-of-house experience in full-service restaurants
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work full-time during 9 am - 6 pm EST
- Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Former customer success, account management, or onboarding experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Project management experience using tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or Wrike
